The best Book Faerie Hearts First off, you need to read Ms. Nieto's The Wild Hunt and The Wild Curse in order for this to make any sense. Haven't read then ... then stop reading this and GO GET THEM! The Wild Hunt is FREE on Zon, iBooks, Nook, and Kobo! Go ... Go Get it Now!Okay, now about this story ... this story has Troy being the trickster that he is. Ms. Neito paints a lovely picture of a faerie society so old it is almost dying of boredom and a trickster who sees a way to find something new and achieve his ends. His ends, for a creature that eats people, aren't actually that nefarious ... his means in this story kind of are, but in an enjoyable way. There's no cliffie and it's a solid bit of story telling. If you've read the other two novels you'll want to read it.

  2. I love this short story and it is a must read if you have read the Faerie Sworn series You really get a chance to get into Troy s head and see how he thinks You get a chance to see of how the Seelie Courts operate, which is so not like the movies show it The far realistic view of those Courts adds to the story, it is interesting to see how someone who cannot lie, sorta does Troy is very complex and it is fun to see him experiencing something new after so many years of the same old, over and ov [...]

  3. I don t think it s an exaggeration to say this.5 is brilliant Awesome Every time I get to read from Troy s POV, that s what I think Because, we are in a way inside Troy s head So I can only feel greatfull for these brief insight into his mind And let s be real, Troy s POV is masterly done, especially since we mustn t forget we don t really have an excess of male POV in this genre. All in all, I can t wait for book 3

  4. Loved this short story Anything that gives the reader clues into the fiendishly frolicsome character of Troy, is fine with me Well thought out, and well scripted.I voluntarily read and reviewed a free ecopy of this story.

  5. Clever taleThis little vignette is a peek into the games the Fae play and a very clever one it is Troy is an interesting character He s not only a trickster but seems to own a heart he doesn t realize he has.
