This is a helpful Sleep 101 book, one I wish I d read a long time ago The author provides a thorough explanation of sleep, sleep problems, and the complex systems that regulate sleep There are helpful chapter summaries, and lots of illustrations and side boxes with useful information I finally understand Monday morning jet lag and why I may be having periodic insomnia If Dr Boivin writes an update, I d suggest information about natural remedies and research on them.
