A viral Book Among the Enemy "Among the Enemy," written by Margaret Peterson Haddix is a book that has a lot of cliffhangers, suspense, it is constantly unraveling mysteries, and really draws you in, making you feel like your actually in the scene. I recommend this book to readers who love realistic fiction. In this book, you can really feel the characters emotion, like if he's sad, angry, confused, etc.... It's just so detailed. I really like how the author makes each book about someone else, not about the same person in every book. He creates different points of view, a different perspective on the same event which keeps the series interesting. It really feels like this author put her heart and soul into this book.In this book, Matthias is the main character. Although there are other important characters as well, it really focuses on Matthias.Sometimes I imagine what if I was Matthias or a third child, how would I react differently or how would I react, what would I do. Honestly, I don't know. I think that others should read and enjoy this book. This book reminds me of the real world and how we are already struggling with problems like ISIS and starting wars when another option would be possible.
